There are currently several apartments available on the first floor.

Sunny Side Residence is an 8 storey residential building, with the total of 71 flats located in the continually developing and renewing part of the city, in the 9th district at 16 Lenhossék Street. The size of the apartments is in a wide range, from 1 to 4-room apartments, from 28 m2 to 78 m2, and almost all of them have their own balcony or loggia. Their orientation is outstandingly sunny, there aren’t any north-facing apartment in the building. With large glass surfaces, our goal was to create natural, sunny homes for future residents. A special feature of the project is that the monosplit air conditioning is part of the basic equipment of the flats.

During the designing phase we paid attention to creating a modern and elegant residential building, and also considered the use of excellent quality and durable materials. In addition, energy awareness was also a significant point in the design, such as shading, heat recovery and the use of solar panels, which contribute to reducing the building’s operating costs.
